Tom Licciardello

Tom Licciardello

Tom Licciardello has been providing financial services to his clients since 1981. He is a Registered Investment Advisory Agent with Compass Capital Corporation, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm, member FINRA, SIPC.

He has served as the President of the Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council, and as an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University where he taught Estate Planning, and was the host of “The Bottom Line”, a financial planning radio show. Tom has had numerous articles published, and is a frequently asked to speak to organizations on many aspects of business and personal financial planning.

Tom is active in local charitable groups, has served as a member of the YMCA Board of Managers, was elected as a Selectman for the town of North Andover and served as its chairman, and he is a member of numerous professional and business organizations.

Crissy Licciardello Lippman

Crissy Licciardello

Crissy Licciardello Lippman has been working in health insurance industry since 2000. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts in 1999 earning her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. She joined Tufts Health Plan in 2000 in their Professional Relations Department, where she worked directly with the plan’s physicians and hospitals for five years before joining LFS.

Our Support Staff

Janice Otis, Crissy, Tom, Cindy Campbell

Serving as our administrative support staff are two seasoned veterans, Cindy Campbell and Janice Otis.

Cindy primarily supports Tom in his financial planning work as well as handling many of the administrative duties needed to keep the office running smoothly.

Janice Otis is a returning star employee.  Having worked with Tom for a number of years, she took time off to raise her young children.  They are now old enough to have Janice back with us.  Her primary role is to support Crissy in the Employee Benefits area.
