Tom Licciardello, CFP
As a specialist in personal financial planning for individuals and business owners, Tom has been providing financial services to his clients since 1981. Serving as a partner in the firm, he is a Registered Investment Advisory Agent with Compass Capital Corporation, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm, member FINRA, SIPC.
He has served as the President of the Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council, and as an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University where he taught Estate Planning, and was the host of “The Bottom Line,” a financial planning radio show. Tom has had numerous articles published, and is a frequently asked to speak to organizations on many aspects of business and personal financial planning.
Tom is active in local charitable groups, has served as a member of the YMCA Board of Managers, was elected as a Selectman for the town of North Andover and served as its chairman, and he is a member of numerous professional and business organizations.
Additionally Tom is an active athlete who has completed 87 marathons, including the last 34 consecutive Boston Marathons, completed the Hawaii Ironman, and is an avid skier. He lives in North Andover with his wife of 40 years, Lyn. He has two daughters, Amy and Cristina (the head of the Employee Benefit Division of LFS), and 5 grandchildren.
Crissy Licciardello
Tom was joined by his daughter, Crissy, in 2005. Coming on board as an experienced advisor in employee benefits, she now heads that division of LFS. Wheteher it is a benefit package for your employees or personal planning services, she can help you find the best solutions.
Crissy resides in North Andover with her husband, Ahren Lippman, and their two children, Lexi and Zach.
Crissy, too, is an avid runner having completed several marathons and numerous races. In addition, she is active with community and charitable organizations.
